Meet Norma. She has been our home on wheels and she has taken great care of us. We just bought a bigger coach, so she needs a new family. This fall we put real money into her: a brand new rooftop A/C, new flooring, and a new Fire TV. She is ready to roll.

A Great First Motorhome

Norma was our first motorhome, and she was a great one to learn on. If you have never owned an RV, a Class C is the friendly way in.

  • She drives like a big van, not a bus. You sit in a regular Ford cab with a regular steering wheel.
  • Gas V10 and a Ford E-450 chassis, so there is no diesel to learn, and any Ford service shop knows the basics.
  • At 32 feet she fits more campsites and parking spots than the big rigs.
  • Leveling is a button, and the generator, A/C, and fridge all work without any special know-how.
  • Everything you need is here: kitchen, bathroom with shower, queen bed, and room to stretch out with the slide-out.

Fall 2026 Updates

  • New Dometic rooftop A/C unit with heat pump installed October 2026, feeding the ducted air through the coach.
  • New Fire TV installed September 2026.
  • New flooring throughout.
  • All six tires match and have only about 5,000 miles on them.
  • All coach lights changed to LED bulbs.

Why Norma Is Easy to Live With

Drive and Setup

  • Ford V10 engine on the heavy duty E-450 Super Duty chassis.
  • Only 53,235 miles on the odometer.
  • Automatic hydraulic leveling (HWH computerized leveling). Push a button and she levels herself.
  • Power slide-out for a roomier living area.
  • Rear backup camera, awning, and rear ladder.
  • 5,000 watt Onan generator with under 50 hours on it.
  • Roof-mounted Renogy solar panel and inverter for off-grid power.

Kitchen and Comfort

  • Fridge and freezer stay nice and cold on electric or propane. We measured 36.5 F in the fridge and 1.8 F in the freezer (photo below).
  • Microwave/convection oven.
  • 3-burner gas cooktop and double sink.
  • Queen size bed.
  • Separate bathroom and shower.
  • Ducted A/C and heat pump with a brand new rooftop unit.
  • 9 gallon propane.

Straight Talk

  • Small damage to the small basement door on the driver's side. We scraped a cement pole. It is shown in the photos below.
  • The couch has been removed so our dog could travel with us. A folding table and two storage ottomans are in the slide now, and a couch can be put back in.
  • Normal wear for her age. The cab seats and some cabinet finishes show it. What you see in the photos is what you get.
